You never listen to the same song twice.

What changes, isn't the song, it's the listener.

You never look at the same painting twice. You never read the same book twice. You never step in the same river twice.

You never eat the same dish twice?

Food is different. It's ephemeral. While the recording never changes, the food does change, every time you eat from the same cook.

When you eat the same dish, you don't know whether you have changed, or the cook has changed.

You both changed.

That's the beauty of it.

It's just there, at this moment.

Savour it, it's gone. Don't savour it, it's gone anyways.
